Shapa’s behavior change program underwent a major upgrade! Each user’s journey will now include the ability to track their eating habits with the new mindful eating log! By tracking hunger and fullness cues, you will receive color feedback on the direction your habits are trending. By only tracking these metrics, users get the benefit of a heightened awareness of eating habits without the time and effort of tracking every calorie.
