• Getting started: When you log in and set up your app profile, you will sync to your account on HMRprogram.com. This gives you access to your data, account and order information wherever you are.
• Quick Start coaching for first 14 days: Our coaches have selected the most important program information, strategies and recipes for your first 14 days on the plan to help you get a Quick Start on the program. Our Quick Start module is designed to give you what you need to start losing a lot of weight right away, and stay motivated to keep going strong.
• Detailed data visualization: Learn to become a better self-manager through clear day-to-day plotting of key health behaviors against the program minimums. If your numbers in a behavior fall more days under than at or above the program minimum green line, your next step is clear: go for the green line every day (by doing higher numbers of that behavior) to improve success.
• Daily tips and content: Designed to provide support, inspiration and motivation, with access to program resources like articles, recipes and tips from other program members, as well as mini challenges, program messages and inspirational quotes.
• Weekly goal: Track custom goals from your HMR group, or set a personal goal that you’d like to track and work towards.
• Keep and organize notes: Write the details of your plans, jot down a recipe or a quick shopping list, make a note or plan for a future day, and see a list of all your notes for easy reference.
• Water tracking: You asked for it and we listened! This feature has been added to the daily tracker and weekly summary, so you can stay on track with your daily water intake.
