Our App is based on a popular nutritionist recommended diet called "Eating the Rainbow". We've built features following evidence-based research on the benefits of eating a whole-plant based diet to improve health and lose weight.

Our app helps you visualize your diet to ensure you are getting a wide range of nutrients from the food you eat. The kicker? Our app is totally free! We believe that good nutrition should be easy fun and accessible to everyone.

A good guide to consuming a balanced diet is eating a rainbow of plant-based foods every day. The eye-catching colors of fruits and vegetables serve as a good guide for the nutrients they contain. Eating a colorful varied diet full of plant foods ensures you can access a wide range of nutrients your body needs for good health.

We believe in keeping it simple. Nutritionists recommend eating a wide variety of plant-based foods to maximize your health. In short that means
1/ Eating a bunch of different fruits and vegetables and
2/ Keeping your meals colorful!

Choose daily & weekly targets to increase plant variety and access a wide range of nutrients in your foods! Nutritionists recommend targeting 10 different plant foods a day and a total of 30 weekly. This target includes fruits vegetables herbs nuts legumes… basically anything from a plant!
